How many times have we heard that you need money to make money? I, personally, am hearing this phrase a lot. Do I agree with this statement? Absolutely! No, don’t get me wrong, I could easily name a bunch of ways to create a steady cash flow using only the tools available online. But when you get into the internet marketing world, you must always aim high. The ultimate goal is to make 6 or even 7 figures per year (or maybe even month), and it’s impossible to achieve that while using some cheap services.

Do You Have To Pay For Everything?

The short answer is “No”. There are a lot of areas where you can spare some money, for example SEO ( Search Engine Optimization). Yes, it is possible to build backlinks relying only on some tricks and great tools that are publicly available online. If you can afford the luxury of owning backlinking tools, then please do that. At the same time, I remember how I started out. I had no money, no mentor, no motivation (I’m still struggling to stay focused) and really no clue what to do next. It’s really hard leaving your comfort zone and start making money online. My blog “Try To Learn More” is all about informing the folks – whether they are newbies or experienced marketers – about new possibilities to make your IM life much easier.

How To Find These Backlinks?

Remember how in school you were always wondering why the “cool kids” always got the nicest girls, while you had to deal with the rest (no disrespect to the women’s folk)? It was a frustrating time, because it didn’t make any sense: you were smarter, funnier and maybe even looked better. What is the hell wrong with this world? At some point you realized, that being “popular” is all about having courage, nice clothes and savviness; it’s all about how a person presents himself to the world. Knowing this, you started copying the “cool kids” and achieved the same results as they did. Finding backlinks involves the same process – spying. Why waste your time, when it’s much easier to copy the work of those pesky competitors, right? But how do you become James Bond of the Internet Marketing world? Just analyze the links pointing back to your competitor’s website and put your URL wherever it is possible. This is an old school and very popular way of building quality backlinks.
But that is not all. You will want to find some “do follow” blogs, since only they provide the necessary SEO boost. There are a few ways to determine whether a blog is “do follow” or not. My favorite is method is downloading “ SEO Quake” – a Mozilla and Chrome plugin, which underlines links that are “no follow”. The other way is to use a cool software called “ SEO Spyglass”. It’s a really handy tool that comes with a lot of useful features. You can get a free version and, technically, do just fine. At some point, though, I recommend you upgrade to a professional version. As you can see, this tool makes spying on your competitors a very fun and easy process. All you need to do is put the URL in the proper field, and SEO Spyglass will do the rest.

Will Every Research Bring Us Quality Links?

No, sadly it won’t. In some cases your competitors will be brands, which attract tons of quality backlinks from other brand websites. Remember, it’s all about quality, not quantity. To get asuper backlink you will need to make your website credible and present yourself as an expert in your area. In case you chose your keyword wisely, here is a great way to find some decent backlinks: Find some backlinking experts, who have their websites already on top of Google. In case you don’t know any, here is one of the blogs of Terry Kyle, author of Backlinks Hydra: http://gaspressurewasherhq.com/blog/ It’s not doing so great right now (no wonder, with the latest Google updates dropping a lot of websites down the ranks), but nevertheless this blog is linked to by high PR forums and blogs. Just reverse engineer this website’s SEO campaign, get rid of all “No follows” and missing links, and in no time you will have a backlinks package worth 5-40$ on the market. If you want to find high PR pages, do the same as above. Find a high PageRank blog with “Do Follow” comments and reverse engineer each website that you see (in the comment section, of course).

Any last tips?

Actually, yes. If you are a newbie, make WarriorForum.com your homepage. It is, probably, the best resource on Internet Marketing that you can possibly find. In case you have some troubles with your SEO plan, copywriting, or you want to find a review on a certain product you like, but still not sure whether to buy it – Warrior Forum is the place to go. These are only a few topics that are being covered right now. Forum members give a lot of valuable advices, and it would be stupid from you to fly solo in this beautiful, but also complicated, world of Internet marketing .
