A common problem for many webmasters is to have plenty of content, but only some of which is indexed by search engines . Then we’ll cover three things you can do to ensure that all content is indexed quickly and easily.

Before you begin, you should review your site and count exactly how many pages are live. Once you have this number can do two things fast to see exactly which pages are indexed already. This information can be used to identify issues of structure and other problems that could be the creation of indexing the poor.

First, go to Google and do a search for site: yourwebsiteurl.com. This quickly shows you a list of all the pages Google currently has in its index. The other option is to go to Google Webmaster Tools and whether they have submitted a site map (if you do not already), you should also see the number of pages have been indexed by Google.

These figures may vary slightly, but now you know the pages have been found and that we have, we can do some things to make sure the rest of your site and all future content will be indexed faster.

1. Improve the site structure

One of the most important parts to get fully indexed site structure is adequate. An example of this has to do with the hierarchy of content. The level of the hierarchy, the easier it is for people and search engines to find your content. A good rule of thumb is to keep all the content on your site accessible from the homepage in a maximum of 3-4 clicks. An example of this would be at home> article category>.

Another thing you can do to create better indexing and ease of use is the use of breadcrumb trails that show the path of navigation through the text links as the previous example. This is usually placed at the top of the page so people can see where you navigate with ease and can be reversed if necessary. These additional keyword links rich text also help search engines find your content more quickly.

2. Deep linking

Deep linking is a method often overlooked and forgotten part of the improved index. It is also an important page in the optimization tactic that can help increase your search engine rankings with very little effort on your part.

Whenever you create a content page, you should try to link the new page of the older pages and add links to edit existing pages using descriptive words as anchor text. This will help search engines better understand what the pages of your site is about and the advantage is that it helps keep the attention of users in their web site for a longer period of time.

3. Get backlinks

Get backlinks not only helps improve your search engine rankings , but also help search engines find content on your site. The key here is getting links from popular sites already being crawled often, increasing the chances of the search engines crawling your site and index your content.

When getting backlinks, make sure you get backlinks to your sub-pages as well as your home page. This will help ensure that the content deeper into your site is indexed well.

Get the content of your website indexed is one of the first steps of a campaign of search engine optimization success. Once you have made these improvements, we can start focusing on your ranking of keywords rather than whether or not your content will be indexed.
